Question: Why come all the way to Geneva for a bike ?
Answer: You won’t find a better price anywhere else on a new 2016 Trek…not in Switzerland, France or Germany. If you do, send us the advertised price and we’ll match it.
Our shop is an easy 3-minute walk from the station.
Question: Do you sell used bikes ?
Answer: Yes. In addition to being an authorized Trek vendor, renting bikes is a big part of our business. Every year we sell a large part of our rental fleet.
All rental bikes are in excellent condition and receive a full service before being sold. If the handlebar tape is ratty, we change it. If the brake pads or tires look too worn, we replace.
Most used bikes that we’re currently selling have only been in our fleet since March.
You can see our rental website here:

Question: What about the new bikes ?
Answer: Most of the new bikes that we have in our shop are 2015 model Trek bicycles. Although we’re still in 2015, these bikes are already last years models and so have been discounted at around 20%.
We don’t have all sizes, but we have a good selection.

Question: How do I buy ?
Answer: Reserve the bike that you want with a 100 Chf deposit through the website: http://www.bikeshopswitzerland.com
We will then write back immediately to confirm availability.
Afterwards, let us know when you would like to pick up the bike and if you need any accessories.
We’ll give you 10% off any accessories and mount them for free, provided that you let us know in advance.
Finally, keep your train ticket receipts and we’ll reimburse and also give you a voucher for your bike to return home with you on the train for free.
Question: What if I change my mind once I see the bike or ride the bike ?
Answer: Our used bikes may have some cosmetic damage to the paint, but it’s minor. We’re sure you’ll be happily surprised by the condition.
If you find that the bike you reserved is the wrong size, we’ll try to find you the correct size.
But of course, if you’re not happy with the bike, we’ll refund your deposit.
We won’t pay for your train tickets, but we will give you credit at the store for an equal amount.
Question: Anything else I should know ?
Answer: Once at Geneva station, it’s easy. We’re 3-minute walk behind the station.
