Challenge Route Day 2: Geneva -> Chexbres

You’re off ! Follow small country roads and vineyard paths and then consider stopping for a lakeside picnic in the town of Rolle. We have the perfect spot for you and have even marked the markets and bathrooms on our application so it’s all easy to find.

You’re on the Swiss riviera and many of the villages along the route will be hosting festivals, concerts and sporting events. Make sure to take your time and get a taste of the local color. You will also pass through the larger city of Lausanne. Consider exploring the lakefront or stop at the Olympic Museum…you’ll pass right in front !

You will finish the day by climbing through the winding roads of the Lavaux wine region. Stop at a local cave to taste the regional white wines and then it’s off to your hotel in the small town of Chexbres where you’ll sit and wonder at Lake Geneva and the grape vines below.
